Courses include understanding stress, mindfulness, healthy living, building opportunities and more! Courses are free of charge to all Hertfordshire residents aged 18 and over.
Families in Focus
Families in Focus award-winning parenting courses provide courses that support parents and carers to bring harmony, balance and enjoyment to family life. They are now taking bookings for January and February 2021 (sessions will be run online via zoom). Free courses are now available across Hertfordshire.
