Online Yoga Group
Hertfordshire Mind Network's Online Yoga Groups are a safe and welcoming space which allow you to learn yoga techniques virtually. The group will take place on a weekly basis every Monday from 6pm - 7pm on zoom. If you would like to attend this group, please email: [email protected]
Online Music Group
Singing can be great for managing wellbeing - it can generate happiness and enjoyment! Hertfordshire Mind Network's Online Music Groups take place on a weekly basis, every Wednesday from 7pm - 9pm and every Saturday from 11am – 1pm on zoom. Online Exercise Class
Book onto Mind in Mid Herts new 'Get Set to Go' free online exercise programme. The aim is not only to get you back into exercise but to also have the opportunity to speak with someone about your mental health at the same time. The group takes place every Wednesday at 2pm. New Leaf Wellbeing College: Online Courses
New Leaf Wellbeing College offer a range of free short educational courses which give you the skills and knowledge to help you better manage your wellbeing. Courses include understanding stress, sleeping well, healthy living, building opportunities and more! Courses are free of charge to all Hertfordshire residents aged 18 and over.
